Cash, cheque, your own bank, or an agent. Whichever suits you.
Have your account number ready. It is printed at the top of your bill. If you are paying for someone else, know the name the account is in as well - payments are matched to the account, not to the person at the counter. Payment is due within thirty days of the bill date.
Cash or cheque at any NAWASA cash office, and at the banks, credit unions and agents on our payment locations page.
Drop a cheque into the box at the Main Office on the Carenage, the Grenville sub office, or the Dusty Highway office.
Several banks accept NAWASA payments over the counter, and some let you pay online or by telephone banking through your own account.
You can pay any account as long as you have the account number and the name it is held in. The payment goes to the account, not to the person who made it.
Come and talk to us before the due date passes. A payment agreement lets you clear what you owe in instalments while your service stays connected, and what you pay each month takes account of what you can afford.
